Women Leaders in Public Safety Series -In the 21st Century workplace, task assessment and completion will require the manager to effectively use verbal communication in order to achieve the ever-increasing workloads. In this course, the student will learn how to achieve success in their organizational environment through assertively standing for those moral principles and environments that challenge all of management. By effectively communicating our beliefs, thoughts and attitudes, we become true leaders and make the difference between success and failure. |
