This session is designed to sharpen leadership skills of communicating essential information, especially in critical situations. Topics include: purpose and main point, checking for understanding, handling reactions. Participants will be able to identify how getting their ideas across relates to their effectiveness as leaders, describe obstacles related to getting ideas across, plan appropriately when trying to get ideas across and successfully demonstrate critical communication skills. |
