Learn techniques for presenting yourself in an assertive manner rather than a non-assertive or aggressive manner. Topics that will be covered are “what is assertiveness”, four types of assertiveness, causes of being non-assertive, the cost of being non-assertive, asserting your interpersonal rights, assertive communications, assertive criticism, and creating an action plan for becoming more assertive. |
