This course is designed to enable public safety practitioners to understand, discuss and assess personal and professional ethics and to identify areas they may want to change. Topics to be covered include ethical behavior, relationships between public safety practitioners and communities, ethical decision making behaviors, and the impact of those behaviors.

This highly interactive program investigates the core concepts of Ethics and Integrity in the workplace and presents time-honored strategies for living a principle-centered life in the work-a-day world. The Four Cardinal Virtues are used as the “moral compass” for this journey into personal excellence. Come learn the wisdom and secrets of an ancient and hidden civilization – namely, your own cultural heritage.
