| Class Description |
Managing the Marginal Employee is a two-day program, during which a supervisor will learn to identify the problems and be able to articulate them, both verbally and in writing, then to apply the descriptive to the performance appraisal, counseling, coaching and disciplinary processes, as appropriate. Class work will formulate realistic tactics for confronting the marginal performance and to motivate employees to redirect their energies in a more professionally and appropriate and productive manner. |
