| Class Description |
One day you’re a peer, the next day you’re the manager. The transition may or may not be easy. It can however be accomplished successfully. This course will prepare you for making the transition. Topics include: planning to move into management, changing roles, resolving jealousy or anger issues, and building a strong, positive work group or team. |
