What do we do with the employee that chronically poses problems for the supervisor or manager? Many supervisors today lack the tools necessary to address the interpersonal behavior troubles of subordinates. This course will illustrate actions that can and should be taken to diminish interference and discord in the office/workplace environment, by acting in a decisive manner to prevent poor situations from deteriorating.
