Class Description

This course is designed to teach managers and supervisors their responsibilities in creating a productive workplace free of harassment. Participants will examine ways to recognize unacceptable workplace behaviors and appropriate approaches to respond and correct improper behaviors and to create a more appropriate and productive workplace environment.
