| Class Description |
This course provides the female supervisors and managers with a real sense of how they can become role models within the workplace environment. It lists rules and guidelines, which instill a spirit of camaraderie and confidence, enabling the supervisor to get maximum output from staff. This course can move female managers into executive thinking modes and serve them tremendously in job advancement. It relates well to motivation and to team-building for the advancing supervisor. |
