On the day of defensive tactics training, students are permitted to wear athletic attire (tee shirts, gym shoes and athletic pants) while still abiding by the Department's dress code (ADM.050.0029 Section 5, Item C). Registration:
DPP staff can request enrollment via their Regional Training Coordinators (RTCs) who will enroll staff via the MPCTC Online Portal. Students will receive an automated confirmation email once enrolled.
Students should contact their regional training coordinator in order to cancel or move from a confirmed date. It's highly encouraged to pick a new date at the same time so the RTC can move the registration, versus removing and re-registering. Students can always reference the public view calendar to see which program dates have available seating. All rosters lock within 3 business days of a course start date. Late cancellations and no-shows are tracked and attendance awareness reports sent to supervisors as needed.
