Tactical Medical for Law Enforcement

 

General Description
The MPCTC Law Enforcement Training Unit is offering a Tactical Medical for Law Enforcement Training Program designed to equip officers with life-saving skills. This program focuses on teaching law enforcement personnel techniques for controlling bleeding and preserving life in emergency situations.

This program will provide the knowledge and hands on training to address life threatening injuries . It is the goal of this program to give the students the knowledge and hands on abilities to effectively apply tourniquets, chest seals and wound packing. Also the knowledge and hands on for drags and carries so as to move a potential casualty into a safe zone.

The program represents advancement in law enforcement preparedness, bridging the gap between initial emergency response and professional medical care. By training officers in tactical medical procedures, the program enhances their ability to provide immediate assistance in critical situations where every second counts.
