LDI- Diversity and Cultural Awareness Sensitivity

This course is designed to assist participants, who are workers in a professional environment, in improving their sensitivity to, awareness, and appreciation of diversity in the workplace. Topics include: Culture, the ways in which attitudes and beliefs impact perceptions, the forms and impacts of diversity in the workplace, methods to promote an inclusive work environment, and ways to improve cross-cultural communications.
